Area under ft graph gives change in momentum
for 0 to 2s
P1=12×2×6=+6 kgm/s
for 2 to 4 sec
P2=2×(3)=6 kgm/s
for 4 to 8 sec
P3=(4)×3=12 kgm/s
So total change in momentum 0 to 8 sec
Pnet=P1+P2+P3
=+66+12
=12 kgm/s
