i.e F1 is tight side tension.

F1>F2

F1F2=eμθ=e0.25×3π2

F1=F2.e0.25×3π2

=1×e0.25×3×π2=3.2482N

Torque =(F1F2)×r

=(3.24821)×1=2.2482 Nm
