We know that,
Degree of dissolution, α=i11/n1=i11/21
( dimer is formed n = 2)

α=2(1i)

To calculate i (can't off factor ), we will use

Tf=iKfm

0.45=i×5.12×(0.2/60)20×1000

i=0.527

α=2(1i)=2(10.527)=0.945

Thus, % association =α×100%=94.5%
