The frequency of male and female voices in human beings are nearly 1 kHz and 1.5 kHz. Which of the two voices (a) are likely to be flatter ? (b) have a higher pitch ?

A) male voice is likely to be flatter
b) female voice has a higher pitch. Reason being, male voice is of lower pitch than the female voice because of the dominant frequency present in the Female voice. Higher the frequency, higher will be the pitch and vice-versa
