So, if you are running too there is only force on you in the forward direction i.e., friction which will give you acceleration. Let's assume superman's mass is m.

The maximum friction superman can have on him from ground is fr=μN=μmg

μmg=ma

a=μg

Now we agree he can't have more acceleration than this.

Distance to run is 50m

s=50m ;u=0 m/s; a=μg=0.9×10=9 m/s2

t=?

s= ut + 12at2

50=12 × 9 × t2

1009=t2 t=103=3.33sec.
