The correct option is A

Suppose the rare wheel has made x revolutions.
Fornt wheel has made (10+x) revolutions.

Equating the circumference of both front and rare wheels,

we get,

3πx=2π(10+x)
πx=2π×10x=20
The wagon has travelled 3πx=60π
