Here, we see the first condition is that x should have the value more than 3.
and in option(a), all values of x are less than 3, so this option is NOT correct
Now let us check for other options
In option(b)
When x=7, y=4(7)+2=30
x=5, y=4(5)+2=22
And, x=13, y=4(13)+2=54
Now, in option(c)
When x=4, y=4(4)+2=18
x=9, y=4(9)+2=38
And, x=11, y=4(11)+2=46
Hence option(b) and (c) are correct
