We know,

For an open pipe,
f1=v2L1=400

For a closed pipe,
f2=v4L2=300

When an open and a closed oipe are joined, it forms a longer open pipe,

Length of the longer pipe=L1+L2

f0=v4(L1+L2)

L1=v800

L2=v1200

L1+L2=5v2400=v480

f0=v4(L1+L2)=120Hz
