Fundamental frequency of open organ pipe, no(open pipe)=v2l1

The frequency of pth overtone is (2p+1)n0, where n0 is the fundamental frequency of closed pipe.
In a closed pipe, n0=v4l2
3rd overtone, n7 = 7v4l2

no(open pipe)=2×n7
On solving we get, l1:l2=1:7
