Solution

The correct option is B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase
DNA-dependent DNA polymerase carries out replication of DNA using DNA template while DNA-dependent RNA polymerase is responsible for transcription of RNA using DNA as a template. DNA ligase enzyme joins two DNA fragments together via phosphodiester bond between 3’ hydroxyl at the end of one fragment and a 5’ phosphate at the end of another fragment. Restriction endonucleases cut the DNA at specific restriction sites. Since the genome of given virus is RNA, the polymerase enzyme will use RNA as the template strand. RNA-dependent RNA polymerase carries out replication of RNA using RNA template strand. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
