Average number of students getting class I
$= \frac{90 + 90 + 120 + 120}{4} = \frac{180 + 240}{4} = \frac{420}{4} = 105$
Average number of students getting class III
$= \frac{20 + 30 + 20 + 10}{4} = \frac{80}{4} = 20$
Required ratio $= 105 : 20 = 21 : 4$ .
