(a) 2. Spindle fibres

(b) This is the Late Anaphase stage of mitosis. It is so because it is in this stage that a furrow starts in the cell membrane in the middle of an animal cell, and the given diagram clearly shows it.

(c) Anaphase is a part of the process of mitosis and so it occurs in every single cell that makes up the entire body.

(d) The stage prior to this stage is early Anaphase.
