$\therefore$ Side of sequare $=7cm$

$\therefore$ Radius of given quarter circles $=(14+7)cm=21cm$

Circumference of one quarter circle

$=[\frac{1}{4}\times 2\pi r]=\frac{1}{4}\times 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 21=33cm$

Perimeter of the figure

$=[33+33+14+14+14]cm$

$=122cm$
