If the radius of the circle is 7 cm , then what is the ratio between the perimeter of the full circle and the perimeter of the quadrant of the circle. (Perimeter = 2πr)

Perimeter of the full circle = 2πr = 2 ×227× 7 = 44 cm
Perimeter of the quadrant = 2πr4 + 2r = 444 + 2×7 = 11 + 14 = 25 cms
