The diameter of the full circle will be = 2 $\times$ radius = 2 $\times$ 4 = 8 cm

The circumference of the full circle will be 2 x12 = 24 cm$\left[1mark\right]$

The ratio between circumference and diameter = 24 : 8 = 3 : 1$\left[1mark\right]$
