The correct option is B Electrostatic Force
When the comb is rubbed with hair and brought near the bits of paper, it is seen that paper bits get attracted towards the plastic comb. This is because the plastic gets electrically charged when rubbed with hair. The electricity so produced pulls the bits of paper towards the comb. This is an electrostatic force and it is the type of non-contact force which exists between any two bodies which have some kind of electric charge on them. This force can be attracting or repelling depending on the nature of charge on the two bodies.
