The given graph (see figure) shows the displacement versus time relation for a disturbance travelling with velocity of 1500 $m{s}^{-1}$ . If the wavelength of the disturbance is $n\times {10}^{-3}$ m then find $n$.

Time $=2\mu \sec =2\times {10}^{-6}\sec$

Velocity $=1500m/sec$

$\therefore$ Wavelength $=$ Velocity $\times$ Time

$=1500\times 2\times {10}^{-6}m$

$=30\times {10}^{-4}m$

$=3\times {10}^{-3}m$

$\therefore n=3$
