From the vx graph, we can do an analysis for acceleration using
a=vdvdx=v (slope of tangent in vx graph)

From the graph, we have v(x)=(v0x0)x+v0

Slope of tangent =dvdx=v0x0

This slope is constant as vx graph is a straight line.
a=v(v0x0)

a(x)=(v0xx0+v0)(v0x0)=v20x20xv20x0

ax graph is a striaght line with slope v20x20 and intercept on Y axis equal to v20x0

(a) is correct answer.

Alternative Approach:
(i) At x=0, a=vdvdx=v0(v0x0)=ve
