According to given graph,
Y- component is not changing up to distance r0
After r0, Y- component is decreasing uniformly
For uniformly charge sphere potential is not constant inside the sphere. But in case of shell Potential is constant Inside the sphere. And potential outse the sphere decreases Uniformly.
Electric field is zero in both case either shell or solid sphere.
