The correct option is A 12

So number of detective books
= 4 $\times$ 4 = 16

Number of fantasy books
= 4 $\times$ 1 = 4

Hence ,number of detective books more than fantasy books
= number of detective books - number of fantasy books
= 16 - 4 = 12.
