Yes
The three cell types were grown in separate cultures with plenty of oxygen and nutrients available. Figure 1 shows their rates of growth. At time 1, oxygen was no longer available to the cells.
Given below are three equations.
(I) C6H12O6+6O26CO2+6H2O+ATP
(II) H2O+lightO2+ATP+NADPH
(III)
6 CO2 + 6 H2O + ATP + NADPH → C6H12O
Cell type C would show equation

Solution

The correct option is E I, II and III
Since cell C has cell wall, chloroplast and nucleus, it is a plant cell. Equation I shows aerobic respiration of glucose to produce carbon dioxide and energy. Equation II shows splitting of water molecules during light reaction of photosynthesis. Equation III exhibits dark reaction of photosynthesis which produce organic compounds. The oxygen needed for aerobic respiraiton can be provided by light reaction of photosynthesis. Light reaction of photosynthesis can occur even in absence of oxygen. Hence both I and II can occur in absence of oxygen. Since dark reactions of photosynthesis also does not need oxygen, these reactions can also occur at time 1.
Thus, the correct answer is option E.
