Line eqn $\frac{x + 1}{y + 1} = \frac{5 + 1}{2 + 1} \Rightarrow x + 1 = 2 y + 2, x = 2 y + 1$
Put $(h, 4) \Rightarrow h = 8 + 1 = 9$
$(\frac{1}{2}, K) \Rightarrow \frac{1}{2} = 2 K + 1 \Rightarrow K = \frac{- 1}{4}$
