The line with equation y=mx always passes through origin
because one of the standard forms of equations of a straight line is y=mx+c
here m is the slope of the line and c is the y intercept
that is (0.c) will the co ordinate in y axis through which the line is passing
here if we compare the given equation with standard equation we can say that value of c=0
so the line passes through (0,0)
so
y=mx will be a line that always passes through origin
