(a) - At temperature $0^{\circ} C$ ice converts into water.
(b) - When the temperature is $100^{\circ} C$ boiling of water start and formation of water vapor also starts.
(c) - The range of temperature of liquid water is $0 - 100^{\circ} C$ .
(d) - Part BC represents change of state from ice to water.
