Solution

Commercial banking has spread considerably throughout the length and the breadth of the country but a major part of the rural areas remains unaffected. This is because many of the villagers and farmers cannot avail credit facilities given by the banks and they have to depend on moneylenders who charge exorbitant rates of interest.
