Let take a look at the geometry and & shape of NH3 and NF3

In NH3, the bond angle will be around 107o instead of 109.5o because of one lone pair.

In NF3 also, it should be 107° but fluorine is more electronegative than hydrogen and the electron density in the N - F is skewed towards the fluorine.
Therefore, the single bonds are taking less room close to the nitrogen.

So, H - N - H bond angle is greater than F - N - F bond angle in NF3.
