After t1, the fraction remaining

N1N0=113=23=12n1

23=12t1/20 ...(1)

After time t2, the fraction remaining is

N2N0=123=13=12n2

13=12t2/20 ...(2)

From (1) and (2),

2(2t1/20)=2t2/20

1+t1/20=t220

1=t2t120

t2t1=20 min
