The correct option is D $x - 1$
$x^{4} - 11 x^{2} + 10 = x^{4} - 10 x^{2} - x^{2} + 10$
= $x^{2} (x^{2} - 10) - 1 (x^{2} - 10)$
= $(x^{2} - 10) (x^{2} - 1)$
= $(x^{2} - 10) (x + 1) (x - 1)$
$x^{2} - 5 x + 4 = (x - 4) (x - 1)$
$x^{3} - 3 x^{2} + 3 x + 1 = {(x - 1)}^{3}$
$∴$ Reqd HCH $= (x - 1)$
