  1. Heat can be defined as the energy which flows from the body of a higher temperature to a body of lower temperature.
  2. Radiation is the means of transferring heat in which no medium is required.
  3. The energy radiated is in the form of a wave and it travels from the hot object.
  4. All objects radiate heat and the amount of heat transferred depends on the temperature of the body.
  5. Higher the temperature of the object greater the heat radiated by it.
    Hence, the heat which comes out of the hot object is called radiation heat.
