Triangle OAB is a right angle triangle,
OA=12
AB=122=6
Using pythagoras theorem,

OA2=AB2+BO2

122=62+BO2

14436=BO2

108=BO2

Similarly,
Triangle OBC is a right angle triangle,
BO2=OC2+BC2

and BC=122=6

108=OC2+62

OC2=10836

OC=72

OC=6×6×2

OC=62
