i) Its volume

ii) Its total surface area.

Height of cylinder (h) = 20 cm
and diameter of its base (d) = 14 cm
and radius of its base (r) $=\frac{14}{2}=7cm$
i) Volume $=\pi r^{2}h$
$=\frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 7\times 20c{m}^3=3080c{m}^3$

ii) Total surface area $=2\pi r(h+r)$
$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7(20+7)c{m}^2$
$=44\times 27=1188c{m}^2$
