Let the radius of the cone be r.
Volume of the cone $=1570c{m}^3$
$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h=1570c{m}^3\Rightarrow (\frac{1}{3}\times 3.14\times r^2\times 15)c{m}^3=1570c{m}^3\Rightarrow r^2=100c{m}^2\Rightarrow r=10cm$
Therefore, the radius of the base of cone is 10 cm.
