Let r be the radius of the cone
$\text{As we know: Volume of cone,}V=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h$
$\text{So,}\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h=1570$
$\frac{1}{3}\times 3.14\times r^2\times 15=1570$
$r^2=100$
$r=10cm$
Radius of the base of the cone is 10 cm.
