Here , H=30cm

Given that volume of cone ABC =127 volume of cone ADE


Volume of cone ABCVolume of cone ADE=127


13πr2h13πR2h=127


(rR)2×hH=127


(hH)2×hH=127 using 1


(hH)3=127


hH=13


h=13H=13×30cm=10cm


Now PQ=Hh=30cm10cm=20cm


Thus , the section of the cone is made at a height of 20cm above the base.
