Height (h)=14 cm

$\therefore Radius\left(r\right)=\frac{Surfacearea}{2\pi rh}$

$=\frac{264\times 7}{2\times 22\times 14}cm=3cm$

Now volume=$\pi r^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times 3\times 3\times 14c{m}^3=396c{m}^3$
