The correct option is A 1st week
From the graph, we observe that:

Height of the plant B after 1 week = 1 centimetres

Height of the plant B after 2 weeks = 7 centimetres

Height of the plant B after 3 weeks = 10 centimetres

Growth in 1st week = 1 centimetres
Growth in 2nd week = 6 centimetres
Growth in 3rd week = 3 centimetres

Thus the plant A grows least during first week.
