Carboxylic acids, can form hydrogen bonds with each other as well as van der waals dispersion forces and dipole-dipole interactions. Also in carboxylic acids, hydrogen bonding can occur between two molecules to produce a dimer. They exist as dimer only in vapour phase. Hence Option (d) is correct.
