The correct option is D Progesterone
Progesterone is secreted by corpus luteum (the ovulated follicle) during first three months of pregnancy and by placenta during next 6 months. It prepares the uterus for implantation, maintains the uterine endometrium during pregnancy and inhibits the development of new follicle and menses for about 6 months (by exerting negative feedback on secretion of gonadotropins). In absence of progesterone, disintegration of uterine endometrium can cause abortion/miscarriage and hence, it is regarded as pregnancy hormone. Thus, option D is correct.
