Given:-

frequency = 50Hz, $V_{r}ms=200Vtimeperiod=\frac{1}{50}s$

$V_{r}ms=\frac{V_{peak}}{\sqrt{2}}$

$V_{peak}=V_{rms}\sqrt{2}=200\sqrt{2}V$

[Since $V_{rms}or{V}_{peak}$ attains same value two times in one cycle.

Minimum possible time = $\frac{1}{2}\left(\frac{1}{50}\right)=0.01s$
