2H+(aq)+2eH2(g)1 atm Eocell=0

We know that,
Ecell=Eocell0.0592logPH2[H+]2

pH=3
[H+]=103M

Ecell=0.0592log1[103]2

Ecell=0.0592log(106)

Ecell=0.0592×6=0.177 volts.
