Here, K.E of electron=energy of the emitted photon

i.e. eV=hcλ.

Also, λBLUE<λGREEN

LED works in forward biased mode and higher voltage give greater K.E to the electrons. Thus, emitting photons of lower wavelength
So voltage for Blue should be highest and that for red should be lowest.
