Let $Q (h, k)$ be the image of $P (- 1, 3)$ w.r.t the line $x - y = 0$
$\frac{h + 1}{1} = \frac{k - 3}{- 1} = \frac{- 2 (- 4)}{2}$
$\Rightarrow h + 1 = - k + 3 = 4$
