The Indian Army's Border Roads Organisation constructed a major road in 2009 in the remote Afghan province of Nimroz which connects Delaram to Zaranj. This is also called as ‘Route 606’. It is a 218 Km road. It is one of the busiest roads in Afghanistan and provides an important trade route between Iran and the rest of Asia.
