The correct option is C 125.6V
We Know,
XL=ωL=0.2×2π×50=20π (i.e Inductive reactance)

Here, WE want only VL(rms)

VL=XL×I ( rms value of VL)
VL=20π×2.0=40π=40×3.14=125.6 V

Hence Option B is the correct answer.
Note: Here we calculate rms voltage because nothing is mentioned
about the time at which the voltage should be calculated.
