Here the maximum energy $=\frac{Q^2}{2C}=640\times {10}^{-6}$ J ....(1)

and potential difference $V_{max}=Q/C=16V$ . ..(2)

From (1) and (2) $\Rightarrow \frac{(16C{)}^2}{2C}=640\times {10}^{-6}$

or $C=5\mu F$
