Given,
C1=0.4,C2=0.5

I1=15 cumecs,I2=30 cumecs

Q1=10 cumecs,Q2=?

C0+C1+C2=1

C0=10.40.5=0.1

Now,
Q2=C0I2+C1I1+C2Q1

=(0.1×30)+(0.4×15)+(0.5×10)

=14 cumecs
