The correct option is B
Generally, in presence of peroxide and light, addition of HBr to unsymmetrical alkenes occur contrary to Markovnikov's rule. This effect is called peroxide effect.
But HCl and HF do not show peroxide effect.
HF and HCl bonds are very strong and homolytic cleavage does not occur easily. So formation of free radical is not possible.
Thus, the reaction will go by carbocation intermediate to give markovnikov's product.
The H+ will get add to the duble bonded carbon which has more hydrogen atom and forms a stable carbocation intermediate as shown below,


Thus, the formed intermediate is (B)
