The correct option is C $17.07 k g$
Volume of hemispherical metallic vessel $= \frac{2}{3} π (R^{3} - r^{3})$

$= \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} ({(10.5)}^{3} - {(7)}^{3})$

$= \frac{44}{21} (1157.625 - 343)$

$= \frac{44}{21} \times 814.625$

$\approx$ $1707$ ${c m}^{3}$
Now, $1 {c m}^{3} = 10 g \Rightarrow 1707 {c m}^{3} = 1707 g = 17.07 k g$
