Internal length $=30$ cm

Breadth $=24$ cm

and height of a box $=15$ cm

Edge of each cube $=4$ cm

Cubes along length $=\frac{30}{4}=7.5cm$

Along the length maximum $7$ cubes can be placed, the fraction of cube can't be placed.

cubes along width $=\frac{24}{4}=6$

and cubes along height $=\frac{15}{4}=3.75$

Along with the height maximum $3$ cubes can be placed, the fraction of cube can't be placed.
The total no. of cubes placed $N=(7\times 6\times 3)=126$
