The internal length, breadth and height of a box are 30 cm, 24 cm and 15 cm. Find the largest number of cubes which can be placed inside this box if the edge of each cube is 4 cm

Internal length =30 cm

Breadth =24 cm

and height of a box =15 cm

Edge of each cube =4 cm

Cubes along length =304=7.5cm

Along the length maximum 7 cubes can be placed, the fraction of cube can't be placed.

cubes along width =244=6

and cubes along height =154=3.75

Along with the height maximum 3 cubes can be placed, the fraction of cube can't be placed.
The total no. of cubes placed N=(7×6×3)=126
