The internal reflection which occurs inside water droplet in case of rainbow is a total internal reflection , then how secondary rainbow is fainter than primary rainbow as no light is escaping from the drop by relection ? I have read that in TIR , there is no absorption of light ray by the surface and hence the intensity is same .
